I am a huge advocate for Christmas. For mistletoes, roast turkeys, gold tinsel, fairy lights, firs, myrrh, reindeer printed sweaters, glass ornaments, carols, frosted windows and rooms that smell of cinnamon and hot chocolate.
A compilation of tunes that celebrates this beautiful season of joy, hope, and giving.
A tiny disclaimer: As much as I love carols and the sounds of Michael Bublé's deep vocals or She&Him's playful singing, I feel that my Christmas playlist should also contain tunes that are Wintry (hence The Paper Kites and Agnes Obel) since well, Winter is also a time of closure and self-reflection. Enjoy!
